Death metal - AUSTRIA

LACERATOR (Austria)
Biography
The roots of the band go back to the year 2003, when the Creeping
Skulls were founded. After several line-up changes, Johannes Zits and Martin
Hozak (who was playing bass at that time) decided to go on and search for a
new shouter and guitarist. This is how Hannes Waclawek and Gerarad Gruber got
into the band's rehearsal room. After the departure of their drummer, they soon
recognized the skills of Markus Huttersberger (Isery, Paradise Hell) who joined
the band in 2005, when Martin Hozak decided to leave the band because of personal
reasons. So finally, in winter 2005, the Death-Metal-Quartet Lacerator ascended
from the ashes of the bands Creeping Skulls and Paradise Hell.

"The Killing Complex"

The sound of Lacerator is like a musical cocktail: an explosive
mixture full of hate, agression, brutal rhythms and melodies. With guitars turned
down to the bottom of hell, most of the songs are dominated by speed, neck-breaking
grooves and blast beats. In 2006 the band recorded their first studio album
"The Killing
Complex" with 11 uncompromising songs. After weeks of hard work and
sleepless nights, the CD was finally ready for the masses. A lot of fans immidiately
bought the CD and sold out gigs with spectacular mosh-pits were the result.
Currently the band is working on new songs enthusiastically to release a new
album in the near future...
