Biography
Formed in 2002 by rock singer-songwriter Mark "Dee"
Duda and multi-instrumentalist Jason "J-Rock" Michael, The Handful
beleive that if rock music is truly to have a rennaissance, it must be rooted
in the finer influences of the genre.
The Beatles, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Lynard Skynard, Molly Hatchett,
Rush, Iron Maiden, Pink Floyd, Bad Company, Free, AC/DC, Metallica and manny
other "classic" rock artists have provided the musical incubator from
which The Handful was born.

Following on the heels of it's debut release, "Paimistry",
The Handful continues to impose its will on rock-heads everywhere with it's
new CD - "Second
Hand Smoke", a 14 - song onslought of soaring melody and back-breaking
rhythm that will leave the listener fully aware that The Handful represents
the best in rock music from the next generation.
Hard pure rock made by young musicians with the chops, attitude,
and knowledge to show their generation what rock music is supposed to sound
